Delivery is FREE within Mainland UK for all order from £100

Option 1 - Postal

  • We use reputable couriers for all our deliveries within the UK

  • We aim to dispatch the next working day

  • Delivery time is estimated at 2-3 working days from date of dispatch (some areas such as the Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer)

  • If there is any delay dispatching your order (for example, an item is temporarily out of stock), we will contact you within 1 working day of your order being received

  • You will be provided with a tracking number as part of your dispatched order confirmation email

  • All orders will require a signature on delivery

  • Contact us for delivery options for destinations outside of mainland UK

Option 2 - Local Delivery

If you live within 10 miles of Dorking we can hand deliver your parcel at your convenience - we’ll contact you via email to arrange

Option 3 - Click and Collect in Store

You are also welcome to pick up your order from our Dorking Shop - just select ‘Collect in Store’ at the checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange
